## Help with the app

Tell us your Mac model, your macOS version and what happened. If a click sound or the ripple isn’t working, check that Clacky is allowed under **System Settings → Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring** first: that fixes most problems. The [FAQ](https://clacky.app/#faq) covers the common questions.

## Orders, licences and refunds

Purchases go through Polar, our merchant of record. Your receipt, your licence key and the Macs it’s activated on are in [Polar’s customer portal](https://polar.sh/clacky/portal), using the email you bought with. To move Clacky to another Mac, choose “Move to another Mac” in Clacky’s Settings. For anything else about an order, email [hello@clacky.app](mailto:hello@clacky.app) from the address you bought with, so we can find it.
