It can film what it just built.
Your AI starts and stops Clacky’s recorder, or takes a screenshot to see what you see. Screenshots ask you first, unless you switch that off.
It can read what’s on your screen.
An error dialog, a slide, a photo of a receipt: Clacky reads the text on your Mac with Apple’s on-device text recognition and hands back only the text. Nothing is saved.
Go make coffee. It’ll call you.
Keep the Mac awake through a long build, and hear Agent Alerts’ sound with a notification when it’s done or needs you. Quiet hours still apply.
It can tidy up your day too.
Add notes and tasks to Clacky’s Today list, start a focus timer, or switch modes, right from the chat.
Plan your posts in one sentence.
The calendar lives online, so it connects on its own: paste this address into your AI app and sign in with your Clacky account. It posts only when you ask, at the time you say.

Two minutes, once. Pick your app.
In Clacky, open Settings → Connect AI tools and turn it on. Pick which tools your AI may use.
It’s off until you do this. Clacky shows the same snippets there, with the path to your copy of the app.
Local. Clacky uploads nothing.
The Mac tools run on your Mac and talk only to the AI app you connected. Screenshots and recordings stay on your Mac; your AI gets the file path and a small preview. Grab Text returns only the text. Never your typing or clipboard. Off until you turn it on, and screenshots ask first.
The social calendar is the one online part: it posts where you tell it to.
