Tell us your Mac model, your macOS version and what happened. If a click sound or the ripple isn’t working, check that Clacky is allowed under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring first: that fixes most problems. The FAQ covers the common questions.

Purchases go through Polar, our merchant of record. Your receipt, your licence key and the Macs it’s activated on are in Polar’s customer portal, using the email you bought with. To move Clacky to another Mac, choose “Move to another Mac” in Clacky’s Settings. For anything else about an order, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, so we can find it.
