Questions
When do I get Clacky for life?
Within a day of your order, I email you a one-time code that makes the Clacky Lifetime plan free at checkout. Your licence key then arrives from Polar, like any other purchase.
Can I give the app to someone else?
Yes. The code works with any email, so it makes a nice gift.
Which size should I pick?
Email hello@clacky.app and I’ll send the exact measurements of each size before you order.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, it’s in the $59. Every shirt goes out tracked, to any country except the UK (its VAT rules would need a separate registration for 10 shirts). It ships in about 7–10 days. Within the EU, VAT is already in the price; outside it, your country may charge import tax on arrival.
Will there be more?
Not of Drop 001. It’s exactly 10 shirts. If there’s ever a Drop 002, it will be a different one.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Email me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll make it right: a refund, or another size while any are left.
