Refunds
Short version: try Clacky free first. If you’ve paid and something is wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
Try before you pay
Clacky is free for 7 days, with no card and no account, so you can check it works on your Mac before paying anything.
If something is wrong
Email hello@clacky.app with your order ID (it’s in your receipt email). We’ll sort it out, including a refund through Polar when that’s the right fix. The money goes back to the card you paid with.
A refunded plan ends, and its licence key stops working.
Your rights
This never takes away a right to cancel or a refund that consumer law gives you where you live.
Cancelling a plan
Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled any time from the customer portal. You keep Clacky until the end of the period you paid for.
