What it is

The social calendar is in the Dashboard. Write a post once and Clacky checks it against every platform’s limit, then lets you give each platform its own text if you want.

Drop it on a ★ day: Clacky picks best times from your own posts’ engagement, or common good times until you have some. Drag a post to another day, edit it, or cancel it, with Undo for a few seconds.

Links to your own sites get a tag for each post when it’s scheduled, so Stats shows which posts sent visitors and sales.

How to use it

  1. Open the Calendar

    In the Clacky window, pick Dashboard in the pill switcher, then Calendar in the tabs at the top right.

  2. Connect where you post

    In Accounts, on the right, click Connect an account and pick a platform.

  3. Write a post

    Click New post and write it once. Clacky shows any platform it’s too long for, and Make it fit helps. Use Tailor per platform to give one platform its own text.

  4. Pick a time

    Choose a time and click Schedule, or Add to queue to use the next free best time. Post now asks once more before anything goes live.

  5. Move or undo

    Drag a post to another day. Cancel and Delete show Undo for a few seconds, and ⌘Z works too.

Tips

  • Month, Week and Day change the view. The legend chips show or hide one platform.
  • Show a sample week fills the coming days with example posts that are never saved or sent.
  • Posts with Clacky, at the top, lets you send through your own SeenPaid workspace instead.

Questions

Does Clacky ever post without asking?
No. It sends a post only at the time you scheduled, or when you click Post now and confirm.
Which platforms work?
Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and X work today. Instagram, Facebook and Threads are waiting for Meta’s approval (submitted 15 Oct 2026). LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Tumblr are coming soon while we set up their developer apps, and we’re applying to TikTok now.
Where are my drafts kept?
Drafts and the queue are kept on this Mac. Scheduled posts go to the posting service so they can go out on time.
