Collage
Put shots from the Shelf on one canvas, pick a layout, and Nice adds a background, even gaps, rounded corners and shadows.

What it is
Collage puts several screenshots on one canvas: side by side, stacked, in a 2 × 2 grid, 1 big + 2 small, 3 in a row, a showcase, or freeform.
Nice gives every shot a background, an even gap, rounded corners and a shadow. Raw puts them edge to edge with nothing around them, for docs and bug reports.
Arrows, text and blur stay on their shot when you change the layout, crop or swap shots.
How to use it
Take a few shots
Every shot you take slides onto the Shelf beside the editor.
Put them on one canvas
Drag shots from the Shelf onto the canvas, or ⌘-click several on the Shelf and choose Make Collage.
Pick a layout
Use the collage bar to choose a layout, or a ready look: Showcase, Grid, Before / After or Stack.
Make it nice
Pick Nice for a background, even gaps, rounded corners and shadows, or Raw for the shots edge to edge.
Copy or save
Press ⌘C to copy the collage, or ⌘S to save it.
Tips
- Match heights or Match widths lines the shots up; Shorter shot sets what a smaller one does: Extend, Centre or Scale.
- Drag a card onto another to swap them. Right-click a card to crop it, replace it or remove it.
Questions
- Can I use images that aren’t screenshots?
- Yes. Drop any image onto the Shelf (or press ⌘V in the editor) and it can go into a collage.
- Can I still mark it up?
- Yes. The editor’s tools work on a collage, and the marks follow their shot through every layout change.
